Your best COVID-19 strategy

One of the most popular strategies (I’ve seen at least three times on Facebook) was created by Dr. James Robb, MD, FCAP. Dr. Robb has more than 50 years researching various coronaviruses so he is definitely a voice to be heard. His list of dos and don’ts includes: no handshaking, don’t touch light switches, door handles, or anything else that’s likely to have been touched by others, with your bare hands. See the entire list here.

But here’s the thing, if you follow Dr. Robb’s advice you’d necessarily be focused on the dire health threats of this disease …all the time.
That could be very stressful. Stress can wreck havoc to your immune system. The people who die from COVID-19 have weakened immune systems.

Do whatever gives you peace of mind and focus on doing all you can to build your healthy immune system. Stick to the basic: healthy diet, daily exercise, and 8 hours of sleep. You’ll find many good suggestions if you google: boost immune system. Here are links to a couple of good ones: 6 Immune System Busters & Boosters:

Victoria and I are NOT following Dr. Robb’s suggestions for the most part. We are FOCUSED on healthy living and we are very confident that COVID-19 will not be a problem for us.

Don’t let yourself get stressed out over this. Let me know how you plan to handle this headline grabber. I always love to hear from you.
