Dream your way to healthier sleep

We all know how important sleep is to our good health.  But I’ve struggled with sleep for many years now, trying to practice better sleep habits. Like: Sticking to a sleep schedule.  Setting aside no more than eight hours for sleep. The recommended amount of sleep for a healthy adult is at least seven hours.
