As you might expect, all the health experts agree that drinking plenty of pure, toxin and contaminate free water should be our number one beverage concern. Because our body is about 80% water, we need to consume between 12 – 15 cups of liquids per day.
However, if you’re drinking only water, you’re not getting the antioxidants, phytonutrients, and other specific nutritional benefits you’d get from other beverages. Plus, good tasting beverages encourage us to consume more liquids during the day.

1. Put hot water in the cup with your teabag.
2. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds on half power.
