Mindfulness gives you the ability to know what’s happening in your mind at any given time without acting on it …which is truly a life-changing skill. But, it turns out we develop this skill through the practice of meditation.
Victoria and I have tried meditating off-and-on over the years and found it just to difficult to maintain. Until we discovered a 15 minute guided meditation that’s easy to stay engaged with, and which we start our day with …every day. We’re feeling tons of benefits, too.
